I recently started bringing my two cats here, and I couldn't be happier with the level of service we’ve received! Every visit has been a pleasant experience, thanks to the friendly staff who treat both pets and their owners with such respect and kindness. During our first visit, the vet took her time to examine both cats and explained their health in a way I could understand. I also appreciated the follow-up call after their vaccinations to check on how they were doing. The only thing I would suggest is that they could improve their appointment scheduling process, as I noticed a bit of confusion when I arrived. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it did take a little longer to get settled. Overall, I feel very fortunate to have found a place that truly cares about animals and their owners. I initially took my cat here after he had some digestive issues, and I can honestly say it's been a fantastic experience. The facility is clean and welcoming, and the staff genuinely loves animals. I took my rabbit here for a routine checkup, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of care and attention. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about small animals, which is rare to find.
